Payment and cancellations
Payment
- Payment is taken at each appointment unless otherwise agreed.
- Contactless payment is preferred.
- You can also pay by BACS transfer before your appointment, or by card on the day.
- Receipts are available on request.
Cancellations
- More than 24 hours notice: no fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice: £20 fee.
- No notification or non attendance: the full treatment cost is charged.
